Provost's Office
The Provost and Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs is the university's chief academic officer, providing administrative oversight for four undergraduate colleges: Arts and Sciences, Business, Health and Human Services, and Nursing; various other academic and co-curricular support programs; and the Office of Graduate Studies. The office develops and implements academic policies, priorities, and programs in collaboration with all members of the university community.

As Associate Vice Chancellor Dr. Rice oversees the First Year Experience, Community Engaged Learning, Internationalization, academic affairs at the Barron County campus, the management of academic spaces, and Faculty/Instructional Academic Staff personnel matters.
Under the direction of the Dean of Graduate Studies, Nancy plans and coordinates the activities of the University Office of Graduate Studies, including assistance with Graduate Council, policy and procedure development, recruitment and orientation of graduate students, general graduate studies information and inquiries, assistantship and fellowship awards, and thesis submission.
